The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming expertise, experience building end-to-end ML pipelines, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ML and AI solutions.\n\n- Build and optimize data pipelines for model training and inference.\n\n- Develop and deploy machine learning models in production environments.\n\n- Implement model monitoring, performance tuning, and retraining strategies.\n\n- Write clean, efficient, and reusable Python code following best practices.\n\n- Work with structured and unstructured datasets for feature engineering and model development.\n\n- Integrate ML services with APIs, applications, and cloud platforms.\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\n\n- Conduct model evaluation, validation, and experimentation.\n\n- Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies and industry trends.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n1. Programming : \n\n- Strong hands-on experience in Python\n\n- Solid understanding of OOP, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns\n\n- Experience with REST APIs and microservices\n\n2. Machine Learning : \n\n- Hands-on experience with : Scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM, TensorFlow or PyTorch\n\n- Strong understanding of : Supervised & Unsupervised Learning, Classification & Regression, Clustering, Feature Engineering, Model Evaluation Techniques\n\n3. Data Engineering : \n\n- Pandas, NumPy\n\n- SQL and database optimization\n\n- Experience with ETL pipelines\n\n- Exposure to Spark/PySpark is preferred\n\n4. MLOps & Deployment : \n\n- Docker, Kubernetes\n\n- MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar tools\n\n- CI/CD pipelines\n\n- Model deployment and monitoring\n\n5.
