staff and engineers in Snowflake, Snowpipe, and cloud-native ETL development.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience : \n\n- 12 - 15 years overall Data Architect experience including high-volume data warehouse and lakehouse platforms.\n\n- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with Snowflake : Advanced data modeling, schema design, performance tuning, account setup, security, and data sharing.\n\n- Strong expertise in Snowpipe : Building, scheduling, and monitoring ingestion pipelines, integrating with cloud storage (AWS S3, Azure Blob, GCP), and automating ingestion/alerting.\n\n- Proficiency in ETL/ELT tools : Informatica, Talend, Matillion, dbt, Azure/AWS native.\n\n- Solid scripting/programming skills : SQL, Python or Scala (for UDFs and orchestration).\n\n- Cloud data platform knowledge (Azure, AWS, GCP) with focus on security, roles, and data governance.\n\n- Excellent communication skills for client-facing discussions and solution presentations.\n\n- Experience with data migration, modernization, and CI/CD for data pipelines.\n\nPreferred/Bonus Skills : \n\n- Snowflake certification (SnowPro Core/Advanced).\n\n- Experience with Kafka or streaming data integration.\n\n- BFSI or regulatory compliance data projects.\n\n- Experience architecting solutions for high-availability and disaster recovery scenarios.\n\nEducation : \n\n- Bachelors/Masters in
