ومتابعة التغييرات الوظيفية والمالية المعتمدة.\n\n* متابعة إجراءات مباشرة العمل وفترة التجربة والاستقالة وإنهاء الخدمة والمستحقات النهائية.\n\n* استقبال شكاوى الموظفين والمساهمة في حل المشكلات وتحسين العلاقة بين الموظفين والإدارة.\n\n* متابعة الإجراءات التأديبية وتوثيقها وفق سياسات الشركة.\n\n* إعداد تقارير دورية عن الحضور والإجازات والرواتب وحركة الموظفين.\n\nالمؤهلات والمتطلبات:\n\n* مؤهل جامعي في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.\n\n* خبرة عملية في شؤون الموظفين وإعداد الرواتب وإدارة الإجازات.\n\n* إجادة استخدام Excel وأنظمة الموارد البشرية.\n\n* معرفة بإجراءات العمل
