Applicants must be available for the full duration of the intern term.\nYou will gain meaningful, hands-on experience supporting Data Management Leads across the clinical study lifecycle in a regulated biopharmaceutical environment. Working closely with experienced DMLs, you will contribute directly to the quality, integrity, and operational execution of clinical data through data review, documentation, testing, reconciliation, quality control, and study coordination activities.\nYour work will help create additional capacity for Data Management Leads to focus on study strategy, risk management, vendor oversight, cross-functional decision-making, and delivery of key study milestones. Alongside your core Data Management responsibilities, you will have opportunities to learn how emerging digital and Generative AI tools can support efficient ways of working in a highly regulated environment, while maintaining appropriate quality, data integrity, and compliance standards.\nHere’s What You’ll Do\nPartner with experienced Data Management Leads to learn and apply GxP regulations to clinical data collection.\nProvide operational support to Data Management Leads throughout the clinical study lifecycle.\nPerform hands-on clinical data review to identify inconsistencies and errors and conduct trend analysis to support data quality.\nSupport documentation, testing, reconciliation, quality control, and study coordination activities.\nAdhere to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Data Integrity requirements to maintain accurate, complete, and inspection-ready records.\nHelp enable Data Management Leads to dedicate greater capacity to study strategy, risk management, vendor oversight, cross-functional decision-making, and achievement of key study milestones.\nComplete all required training assignments in a timely manner.\nContribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.\nBuild practical experience working within a regulated biopharmaceutical environment and contribute to ongoing clinical and operational initiatives.\nGain exposure to opportunities for responsible use of digital and Generative AI tools to enhance productivity, learning, and operational workflows within appropriate regulated processes.\nThe key Moderna Mindsets you’ll need to succeed in the role:\n“We obsess over learning.
