The individual in this role will perform QC Raw Material activities in support of GMP Manufacturing and potentially support special projects as assigned. This position will be first shift working Monday-Friday.\nHere’s What You’ll Do:\nRequesting, sampling, and shipping of raw materials\nSample coordination including cross functional collaboration with internal and external labs\nSupporting domestic and international sample shipments\nSupporting testing for methods including pH, conductivity, TruScan RM spectroscopy, appearance, and dimensional verification\nInspect product and raw material retain samples.\nLIMS (LabVantage) sample logging and result entry\nRaw material and consumable component inspection and release\nClean room gowning and aseptic techniques.\nManaging/stocking of QC lab supplies and routine lab cleaning.\nComplete and maintain cGMP documentation for work performed.\nMaintain a safe laboratory working environment.\nFoster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.\nFollow all relevant GxP regulations, guidelines, and company policies to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.\nExecute tasks precisely as defined in internal guiding documents including but not limited to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.\nFollow Good Documentation Practices and Data Integrity requirements to ensure data, documentation, and records are completed and maintained for use by the business and available to support audits or inspections.\nComplete training in assigned required learning plan according to the defined timing and the prescribed requalification cadence.\nHere’s What You’ll Need (Basic Qualifications):\nEducation: BS in a relevant scientific discipline.\nExperience: 0-2 years with BS or 3+ experience in GMP QC laboratory setting.\nDemonstrated aptitude or ability to learn: Strong understanding of GxP Regulations, with a proactive team-oriented approach.\nOur Working Model\nAs we build our company, we have always believed an in-person culture is critical to our success. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
