particular focus on Switzerland, the UK, Spain, Italy, and Germany, delivering accurate, timely, and employee-focused HR support across the employee lifecycle.\nWorking as an individual contributor, you will combine hands-on Workday operations, case management, compliance, reporting, and cross-functional partnership with ownership of Moderna’s global HR Operations knowledge management process.\nYou will help scale and continuously improve HR service delivery through digitalization, automation, stronger employee self-service, and opportunities to work closely with Generative AI tools to improve knowledge creation, content quality, discoverability, and operational efficiency.\nHere’s What You’ll Do:\nAct as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and requests across EMEA, ensuring timely, accurate, and effective resolutions while delivering an excellent employee experience.\nEmpower employees to independently resolve common inquiries by providing clear guidance on Tier 0 self-service resources and Workday functionality.\nManage complex inquiries and escalations, ensuring appropriate routing to Tier 2 support and timely resolution.\nAccurately document cases, resolutions, follow-up actions, and communications in the case management system, maintaining complete and reliable records.\nDevelop, maintain, and continuously improve FAQs and standardized responses to address recurring inquiries, identify knowledge gaps, and strengthen employee self-service.\nManage and process complex employee data changes in Workday across the EMEA employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, absences, work schedule changes, and terminations, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of HR workflows.\nCollaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, Payroll, HR Digital, and external vendors to deliver seamless HR services and continuously improve operational effectiveness.\nPartner with HRBPs, COEs, and Payroll to streamline HR operations, optimize country-specific processes, and improve service delivery across EMEA.\nPrepare, maintain, and update HR documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, confidentiality, and compliance with local requirements and internal policies.\nPrepare reports and supporting documentation for internal and statutory audits, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.\nDevelop tailored HR reports and translate operational data into actionable insights that support process improvement and informed decision-making across EMEA.\nPartner with HRBPs to monitor legislative and regulatory changes across EMEA and support their implementation into local HR processes, helping maintain ongoing compliance.\nSupport country-specific HR processes, projects, and initiatives, adapting solutions to local requirements and evolving business needs across the region.\nMaintain the highest standards of data privacy and confidentiality, safeguarding sensitive employee information in accordance with applicable regulations and company policies.\nOwn the global HR Operations knowledge management process, including the creation, review, maintenance, auditing, and optimization of employee-facing Workday articles and other HR knowledge assets.\nEnsure HR policies, procedures, process guides, and knowledge resources remain accurate, consistent, accessible, and up to date through structured review cycles and close collaboration with content owners and stakeholders.\nConduct regular knowledge audits, monitor content status and ownership, coordinate required updates, and establish knowledge management standards, SOPs, and guidelines that strengthen quality, governance, and compliance.\nIdentify knowledge gaps and recurring employee needs, using these insights to improve content, standards, workflows, and employee self-service capabilities.\nPartner with HR Operations and HR Digital to share best practices and improve knowledge management processes, content discoverability, and workflows, strengthening Tier 0 self-service and the overall employee experience.\nContribute to global process standardization and documentation, helping create scalable and consistent HR Operations practices across regions while maintaining appropriate country-specific requirements.\nSupport digitalization and automation initiatives across HR Operations, identifying opportunities to remove manual effort, improve process scalability, and enhance service quality.\nExplore appropriate applications of Generative AI tools within HR Operations and knowledge management, including opportunities to accelerate content development, identify knowledge gaps, improve standardized responses, and enhance The solutions we’re building go beyond any job description.”\n“We digitize everywhere possible using the power of code to maximize our impact on patients.”\nHere’s What You’ll Need:\nMaster’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum of 4 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, shared services, employee service centers, or HR case management, including ownership of operational processes and projects.\nStrong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes, preferably within an international or EMEA environment.\nHands-on experience with Workday HCM, including HR transactions, employee data management, and HR processes.\nPractical knowledge of knowledge management principles, content governance, audits, and best practices, with experience using tools such as Workday Knowledge or SharePoint\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.\nAbility to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment in a complex, matrixed organization.\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nProven analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical operational solutions.\nPassion for digital solutions, innovation, and automation, with a proactive approach to leveraging technology to improve HR processes and employee experience.
