Candidates must be available for the entire duration of the co-op program.\nThe Resource Management team within Portfolio Operations is seeking a motivated co-op to support the continued advancement of resource planning capabilities across Development. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of business operations, data, and digital solutions, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve resource visibility, forecasting, and planning.\nThe co-op will gain hands-on experience supporting strategic decision-making and the evolution of tools and processes used to plan and deploy resources across the Development portfolio.\nHere’s What You’ll Do\nSupport the ongoing execution and adoption of the Resource Management capability across Development.\nPartner with the Resource Management Lead to coordinate technical, business, and operational activities that enable accurate and effective resource planning.\nPrepare materials, analyses, and reporting to support resource planning discussions with functional and senior Development leaders.\nParticipate in cross-functional meetings to gather requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, capture decisions, and translate discussions into actionable next steps.\nCoordinate follow-up activities and prepare outputs that inform resource planning and support a closed-loop planning process.\nAssist with data validation, quality checks, and continuous improvement of resource forecast model outputs.\nPartner with Digital teams during the testing and deployment of the Resource Management business solution, helping translate proof-of-concept capabilities into a validated, user-ready solution.\nSupport user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, and business validation of new functionality and system integrations.\nHelp document business requirements, user guides, processes, and standard operating procedures.\nServe as an additional business point of contact to support solution enhancements, maintenance activities, and ongoing user needs.\nHere’s What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications)\nCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business, Life Sciences, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.\nExperience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, or presentation development through academic, internship, or project work.\nAt Moderna, we are focused on delivering on our mission by enabling talent to thrive.
