You’ll collaborate closely with global peers, using Infrastructure-as-Code, Ansible, and Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform to improve operational consistency, reliability, and speed across enterprise environments.\nHere’s What You’ll Do:\nAutomation Platform Operations\nLead the design, operation, and support of enterprise automation capabilities using Ansible and Ansible Automation Platform.\n\nBuild and improve reusable automation workflows for cloud, on-premises, and network infrastructure operations.\n\nTroubleshoot complex automation failures across Linux, Windows, API, and network device integrations.\n\nPlan and execute automation-driven maintenance and compliance activities across supported platforms.\n\nInfrastructure as Code & Configuration Management\nDevelop infrastructure automation using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates, Bicep, and Ansible to provision and configure infrastructure.\n\nCreate reusable automation scripts, modules, and playbooks using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or YAML.\n\nContribute to CI/CD pipelines and help mature Infrastructure-as-Code practices across cloud and hybrid environments.\n\nNetwork Automation & Integration\nCreate and support automation for network infrastructure tasks such as configuration, validation, compliance checks, and change execution.\n\nIntegrate automation with network platforms, APIs, source control, inventory systems, and monitoring tools.\n\nMonitoring, Security & Continuous Improvement\nDefine and improve logging, reporting, and alerting for automation workflows to support operational visibility.\n\nMentor engineers and collaborate with U.S. and global team members on automation standards, documentation, and operational enhancements.\n\nHere’s What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications):\nBachelor’s or Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.\n\n7+ years in infrastructure automation, cloud operations, network automation, or platform engineering roles.\n\nDeep hands-on experience with Ansible, Ansible Automation Platform, and Infrastructure-as-Code tooling.\n\nExperience leading automation work across AWS, Azure, on-premises, or hybrid infrastructure environments.\n\nStrong scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar languages.\n\nStrong understanding of Linux/Windows systems, networking fundamentals, APIs, source control, and operational security.\n\nHere’s What You’ll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications):\nRed Hat, AWS, Azure, Cisco, Terraform, or network automation certifications.\n\nExperience building or maintaining CI/CD workflows with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.\n\nFamiliarity with security and compliance frameworks such as GxP, HIPAA, ISO, or NIST.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, documentation, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration skills.\n\nExperience leading infrastructure automation in life sciences or regulated environments is a plus.\n\nOur Working Model\nAs we build our company, we have always believed an in-person culture is critical to our success.
