This role combines platform administration, governance, hands-on development, and enterprise enablement to scale secure, AI-driven automation across the organization.\nThis is a high -impact, hands -on role for a self-starter who operates with a product mindset, treating the Power Platform as an internal product and driving both adoption and business value.\nHere’s What You’ll Do\nMicrosoft Power Platform Administration & Governance\nOwn administration of Power Platform across development, validation, and production environments.\n\nDefine and implement the Power Platform CoE governance framework, including:\n\nEnvironment strategy and lifecycle management\n\nData Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and connector governance\n\nSecurity roles, licensing, and access controls\n\nEnforce platform guardrails to ensure solutions are secure, compliant, scalable, and supportable.\n\nManage solution lifecycle (ALM), including promotion, versioning, and change management.\n\nPartner with Security, Compliance, and Enterprise Architecture to ensure adherence to enterprise standards.\n\nMaintain the platform in a GxP-qualified state, ensuring compliance with validation requirements in regulated environments.\n\nOwn and maintain system documentation, including System Administration SOP, Use and Operation SOP, Configuration/Design Specifications (CDS).\n\nEnsure all changes follow appropriate validation, documentation, and audit readiness processes.\n\nAI Automation Architecture & Delivery\nDesign and deliver AI-first automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio.\n\nDefine architecture for each use case, determining optimal use of Power Automate, Copilot Studio, or hybrid approaches.\n\nDevelop production-grade solutions, including:\n\nPower Apps applications (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)\n\nPower Automate workflows and process automations\n\nCopilot Studio agents and conversational experiences\n\nLead prompt engineering and conversational design, including topics, triggers, and escalation paths.\n\nIdentify and prioritize high-value AI-driven use cases that transform business processes.\n\nIntegrate solutions with Microsoft 365 and enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, APIs).\n\nEstablish reusable patterns, templates, and components to scale development.\n\nEnsure operational excellence with logging, monitoring, alerting, and exception handling.\n\nEvaluate when to extend solutions with RPA technologies (e.g., UiPath).\n\nCoE Enablement, Adoption & Citizen Developer Support\nDrive enterprise-wide adoption of Power Platform.\n\nDefine and track adoption KPIs, including Active makers, Automation usage, Business value delivered, etc..\n\nDevelop and deliver structured training programs, workshops, and onboarding pathways.\n\nEstablish and lead a Community of Practice (CoP) to scale knowledge sharing.\n\nHost office hours and hands-on advisory sessions to support makers.\n\nProvide architecture guidance, design reviews, and production readiness reviews.\n\nMentor citizen developers and engineers on secure, scalable patterns.\n\nEnable a federated development model with strong central governance.\n\nPlatform Operations, Monitoring & Continuous Improvement\nMonitor platform health, performance, usage, and failures across AI and automations.\n\nBuild dashboards (Power Platform analytics, Power BI) to track:\n\nAdoption and engagement\n\nOperational risk and failures\n\nBusiness impact\n\nDrive continuous improvement of governance, tooling, and development standards.\n\nPartner with Microsoft and internal stakeholders to stay aligned with roadmap and new capabilities.\n\nHere’s What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications)\n7+ years of demonstrated experience as Microsoft Power Platform administrator and hands-on developer in an enterprise environment.\n\nDeep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.\n\nExperience designing and developing enterprise-grade Power Apps (Canvas Apps and/or Model-Driven Apps).\n\nExperience designing end-to-end Power Platform solutions that combine Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, APIs, and enterprise systems.\n\nExperience designing and delivering AI-driven automation solutions.\n\nExperience integrating with enterprise systems via APIs or MCP servers.\n\nStrong troubleshooting skills and ability to support production-grade AI and automations.\n\nHere’s What You’ll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications):\nExperience with UiPath (development and/or administration).\n\nExperience in regulated environments (e.g., pharma, healthcare, GxP, SOX).\n\nExperience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) to complement automation workflows.\n\nPower Platform certifications (PL-400, PL-500, PL-600, PL-200, PL-100, Copilot Studio-related certifications).\n\nStrong communication skills and comfort
