Your role will involve operating bioprocessing equipment, adhering to cGMP guidelines, and collaborating with various departments to ensure the success of manufacturing processes. This position requires working 12-hour shifts.\nHere’s What You’ll Do:\nPractice safe work habits and adhere to safety procedures and guidelines.\nExecute manufacturing operations using disposable technologies, automation, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).\nDemonstrate general knowledge of standard manufacturing practices and equipment.\nMaintain strict adherence to current good manufacturing practices (cGMP), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and manufacturing documentation.\nEstablish and follow written procedures for clear and accurate documentation of equipment operation, process instructions, and process data.\nMonitor process operations to ensure compliance with specifications.\nPartner with QA peers for rapid disposition of mRNA.\nAssist in the investigation of procedural deviations and utilize knowledge to improve operational efficiency.\nAdhere to gowning procedures and maintain a clean general operating area.\nFollow documented waste handling procedures to comply with environmental regulations.\nHere’s What You’ll Need (Basic Qualifications):\nEducation: Degree\nExperience: 0-3 years relevant experience\nSpecific Certifications or Training: None \nOther Quantifiable Preference: Experience in a GMP environment preferred.\nOur Working Model\nAs we build our company, we have always believed an in-person culture is critical to our success. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
