This role offers the opportunity to drive revenue, deepen client success, influence product development, and shape ModernFi's strategic direction during a period of rapid growth.\nAt ModernFi, your work will directly fuel our vision and mission to serve as systemically important financial infrastructure that drives the American economy and to empower our partner financial institutions to grow and better serve their communities.\nThe Role\nResponsibilities\nLead the institution activation process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to active usage of ModernFi's platform\n\nBe a strategic partner to our clients, ensuring they understand and can effectively utilize all platform features\n\nOversee joint marketing activations with clients, coordinating between internal teams (Institution Success, Marketing, Sales) and client stakeholders\n\nProvide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly\n\nRegularly check in on client usage, identify patterns, and proactively suggest ways to increase platform utilization\n\nDevelop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact\n\nWork closely with founding team and the Institution Success team to develop strategies for increasing client engagement and usage\n\nIdentify and communicate upsell opportunities based on client's strategic growth goals\n\nGather and communicate client feedback on the product to drive platform improvements\n\nAbout You\nEnergized by collaborating with clients and experience in a revenue-generating function\n\n5+ years of experience in relationship management, account management or similar roles\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing and internal interactions\n\nEnergized by meeting with key partners in person (and willingness to travel accordingly)\n\nProven ability to manage multiple clients and work streams simultaneously\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail\n\nHigh level of organization and professionalism, and comfort with data-driven marketing practices\n\nAbility to handle nebulous problems and shifting priorities with flexibility, patience, and skill\n\nExcited by the prospect of life- and career-changing work in a startup environment\n\nHigh EQ, trustworthy, and calm under pressure\n\nStrong understanding of financial systems, markets, technology, and banking\n\nAbout Us\nThe caliber and character of the ModernFi team set us apart.\nWe value competence and drive over experience, and look for compassionate people with diverse backgrounds.
