This pivotal role is responsible for orchestrating our quarterly PI Planning process, facilitating all ART ceremonies, and driving cross-functional alignment between engineering, product, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a master of value stream management, adept at streamlining dependencies, managing risks, and optimizing the flow of work for both traditional SDLC and iterative AI/ML development lifecycles. Beyond day-to-day program execution, you will partner with senior leadership to shape technical roadmaps, champion continuous improvement, and mentor teams in SAFe best practices.
