If you’re looking for a meaningful role where you can make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!\nStart Date: November 30th, 2026\nShifts Available: 3RD SHIFT ONLY (includes one required weekend day)\nCompensation: Starting at $16/hr\nFully Remote Role\nAs a Care Center Representative, you will:\nAnswer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls, following protocols to determine priorities and dispatch responses accordingly. \nProvide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses. \nMonitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms, offering genuine care during potentially stressful situations. \nRecord call details, dispatches, and messages into a database in real-time while maintaining focus and accuracy. \nCommunicate with empathy, respect, and patience to ensure a positive experience for our members. \nVerify and update customer information in the system to ensure records are accurate. \nTroubleshoot alarm systems and report issues to ensure timely maintenance. \nProactively inquire about and recommend preventative healthcare services to members. \nManage access to highly sensitive materials and maintain strict confidentiality. \nTalk and type simultaneously while navigating multiple screens and systems efficiently. \nSuccessfully complete new hire training and pass all required compliance testing. \nPerform other duties as assigned. \n\nThe ideal candidate will bring:\nSoft Skills:\nExceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. \nStrong oral and written communication abilities. \nAbility to remain calm and empathetic in high-pressure situations. \nA self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. \nTechnical Skills:\nProficient typing skills (35 WPM). \nFamiliarity with customer service software and CRM systems (preferred). \nAbility to toggle between multiple screens and systems efficiently. \nProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. \nEducation: High School Diploma or GED required.\nExperience: 0-1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare settings\nSchedules: Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed.\nRemote Capability Requirements: Minimum internet speeds of 50Mbps download and 25Mbps upload required.\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
