The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable leading large-scale transformation initiatives and strategic vendor relationships.\nYou will...\nLeads large-scale, complex, cross-functional transformation programs and initiatives consisting of multiple concurrent and interdependent workstreams that support strategic objectives and priorities.\nTracks progress of projects and programs against timelines, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepares reports to senior management and other stakeholders.\nProactively identifies and manages risks, issues, dependencies, resource constraints, budgets, and forecasts; develops mitigation and contingency plans and drives preventative action before program outcomes are impacted.\nPrepares strategic analysis of potential business and/or operational opportunities as needed.\nCreates and maintains integrated program plans across business, product, technology, operations, vendors, and other participating functions; ensures project teams create and maintain appropriate deliverables while following project management standards.\nIdentifies stakeholder needs and coordinates cross-functionally to ensure participating teams have the resources, capacity, decisions, and alignment required to meet commitments and program outcomes.\nServes as the escalation point for program issues and risks. Anticipates emerging issues, works directly with project teams and vendors to resolve barriers, and develops and drives risk mitigation plans before delivery is impacted.\nCoordinates and drives work across multiple functions and workstreams, managing cross-team dependencies, commitments, and accountability to ensure successful delivery.\nEstablishes and maintains effective relationships with strategic vendors and external partners; manages vendor commitments, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, risks, and performance against contractual expectations.\nHolds vendors accountable for agreed-upon outcomes while maintaining productive, collaborative relationships and coordinating vendor activities within the integrated program plan.\nLeads business, technology, operational, cost-center, and/or organizational transformation initiatives, translating transformation strategy into executable plans and measurable outcomes.\nEnsures that activities are in compliance with organizational policies and any relevant external regulations.\nWorks with leadership to track, deliver and provide updates on progress of strategic objectives.\nCreates meaningful dashboards and concise executive-level communications regarding program health, accomplishments, risks, decisions, financials, dependencies, and upcoming milestones. Works with teams to create reports for ongoing analytics and measurement of outcomes post implementation.\nPlans, coordinates, and keeps meeting content focused and relevant.\nProvides leaders with support and recommendations to improve performance and teamwork.\nWorks with leadership to assess program and project risks, presents impact and recommended actions, and escalates decisions as needed.\nMay lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.\nWe are excited to speak to someone with...\nBachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Technology, Project Management, or a related field.\nSeven (7) plus years of progressive Program or Project Management experience, including demonstrated success leading complex, large-scale, cross-functional enterprise initiatives.\nPMP certification preferred.\nDemonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives, including cost-center, business, technology, operational, and/or organizational transformation.\nDemonstrated experience managing external vendors, strategic partners, and vendor delivery accountability.\nDemonstrated experience leading multiple concurrent and interdependent workstreams across business and technology organizations.\nStrong program planning, governance, risk management, financial management, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.\nExceptional written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear decisions and actions.\nStrong problem-solving, critical thinking, judgment, and time-management skills with demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges and take proactive action.\nAbility to prioritize a large number of competing priorities and requests in a timely and professional manner.\nAbility to build strong collaborative relationships with all levels within the organization and with external vendors and strategic partners.\nDemonstrated ability to operate successfully in complex, fast-paced environments with ambiguity, competing priorities, and significant cross-functional dependencies.\nMust be results driven with demonstrated ability to lead multiple concurrent and interdependent workstreams, influence without direct authority, drive accountability, and use sound judgment when priorities conflict.\nProficiency with MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Smartsheet and Tableau a plus.\nAbility to handle sensitive or confidential information in a professional and discrete way.\nAbility to work well and collaborate with others as well as manage conflict.\nCan make critical decisions with little direction while following company policies and guidelines.\nQuick to execute ad-hoc projects and adapt to change.\nAbility to maintain positivity, transparency, and foster collaboration.\nAbility to work with diverse teams in multiple locations.\nSalary: $108,000-$140,000\nThis role is bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.\nThe physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
