If so, this opportunity may be the right fit for you!\nThis position is responsible for developing software solutions to test applications and systems to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality\nThis role…\n· Develops and maintains automated test scripts using established frameworks and tools.\n· Collaborates with software developers to identify and resolve defects and issues.\n· Participates in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, and testing.\n· Reviews and analyzes system specifications and documentation to ensure testability and alignment with business requirements.\n· Executes test cases (manual or automated) and analyzes results.\n· Identifies, records, and tracks bugs and defects in the software.\n· Liaises with internal teams to identify system requirements.\n· Performs thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.\n· Coordinates with geographically distributed teams.\n· Use approved AI-assisted tools to support coding/scripting, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, documentation, technical research, and related work to improve the quality and speed of deliverables. Review and validate AI-generated outputs to ensure they meet company standards for security, privacy, quality, accuracy, and responsible use. Support the adoption and expansion of AI technologies by evaluating tools, new uses and processes while providing constructive feedback. As AI technologies and business practices evolve, the scope of supported activities may expand.\n· Participate in other projects or duties as assigned.\nWe are interested in speaking to individuals with the following…\n· Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field required.\n· Zero (0) plus years of experience.\n· Proven work experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test or similar role.\n· Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Appium, JUnit, Cucumber, BDD).\n· Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.\n· Experience with mobile, API, and database testing is a plus.\n· Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.\n· Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.\n· Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.\n· Strong knowledge of software development and testing methodologies.\n· Knowledge of one or more programming languages (e.g. Java, C#, Python, JavaScript) and the willingness to learn commonly used in test automation.\n· Familiarity with agile frameworks and regression testing.\n· Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.\nSalary: $67,500 - $92,800/annually\nThe physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
