This role is responsible for developing and maintaining automated test frameworks and ensuring software quality across platforms, while collaborating closely with development and cross-functional teams.\nThis role will:\nDevelop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to validate software functionality and performance across a variety of platforms\n\nCollaborate with software developers to identify and resolve defects and issues\n\nParticipate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, and testing\n\nReview and analyze system specifications and documentation to ensure testability and alignment with business requirements\n\nExecute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results\n\nIdentify, record, and track bugs and defects in the software\n\nPerform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved\n\nCreate and maintain test documentation and test reports\n\nDevelop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs\n\nLiaise with internal teams to identify system requirements\n\nStay up to date with new testing tools and best practices\n\nCoordinate with geographically distributed teams\n\nParticipate in other projects or duties as assigned\n\nWe are interested in speaking with individuals with the following…\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required\n\nThree (3) plus years of experience\n\nProven work experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test or similar role\n\nExperience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Appium, JUnit, Cucumber, BDD)\n\nExperience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes\n\nExperience with mobile, API, and database testing is a plus\n\nExperience in the healthcare industry is a plus\n\nOr equivalent combination of education and/or experience\n\nStrong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes\n\nStrong knowledge of software development and testing methodologies\n\nProficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, TypeScript)\n\nFamiliarity with agile frameworks and regression testing\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail\n\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment\n\nUnderstanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines\n\nSalary: $81,000-$110,000\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
