If so, this opportunity may be the right fit for you!\nModivcare is looking for an experienced Senior Internal Auditor to join our team, responsible for executing internal audits and advisory services while supporting enterprise risk management efforts and building strong relationships with business stakeholders.\nThis role…\nPlans and performs internal audit reviews across key organizational risk areas, including fraud risk considerations\nExecutes all phases of the internal audit lifecycle, including planning, fieldwork, reporting, and remediation follow-up\nBuilds collaborative relationships across business functions and serves as an advisor on internal controls and risk mitigation\nIdentifies and challenges existing processes to drive continuous improvement opportunities\nParticipates in enterprise and fraud risk assessments and ongoing follow-up activities\nContributes to the annual audit universe refresh and audit plan development\nServes as a liaison between management and audit service providers\nPartners with stakeholders as a trusted advisor on risk and controls\nCoordinates with assurance functions such as Compliance, Legal, Quality Assurance, IT Risk, and IT Compliance to ensure alignment\nDevelops and maintains strong relationships with external auditors\nParticipates in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives within Internal Audit\nSupports the use of data analytics for audit testing and insights generation\nAssists with administrative responsibilities within the function\nParticipates in projects and performs other duties as assigned\nWe are interested in speaking with individuals with the following…\nBachelor’s Degree required\nFive (5) plus years of external or internal audit experience\nCertified Fraud Examiner (CFE) preferred\nCertified Internal Auditor (CIA) preferred\nCertified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred\nOr equivalent combination of education and/or experience\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nEffective project management, organizational, and presentation skills\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in audit reporting and presentations\nAbility to build consensus and collaborate effectively to achieve objectives\nDemonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity\nSalary: $77,525-$100,000\nThe physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
