If so, this opportunity may be the right fit for you!\nThis position is responsible for preparing timely and accurate financial reports in conformity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) in compliance with Securities and Exchange Commission the (SEC).\nYou will...\nSupports one or more accounting systems: Journal entries, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Revenue Reconciliation, etc.\nProvides assistance to interpret financial reporting requirements, rules and regulations.\nBalances books and prepares profit and loss, cash flow, income and balance sheet statements.\nMonitors and develops monthly reports of revenues and expenditures for projects.\nProvides record of assets, liabilities and other financial transactions.\nPrepares processes and procedures that properly capture, track and report revenue, including deferred revenue, in accordance with company (revenue recognition) policy.\nReviews, tracks and maintains billing information in financial systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP and other accounting regulations.\nPrepares reports, process and procedures; effectively responds to questions from internal team members and external vendors.\nPrepares reconciliations and supporting documentation within required timeframes.\nSupports the implementations of projects, procedural documentation.\nMay lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.\nWe are excited to speak to someone with...\nBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred.\nThree (3) plus years progessive experience in Accounting.\nCPA preferred.\nOr equivalent combination of education and/or experience.\nHighly skilled with extensive proficiency. Works on complex projects.\nDevelops solutions to complex problems where analysis of situations and/or data requires in-depth evaluation of variables. Determines best approach to achieve results and provide suggestions to improve policies and procedures.\nWorks under minimal supervision. Wide latitude for independent judgment. May assist less experienced peers.\nWork is performed independently and requires the exercise of judgment and discretion. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. Work may be reviewed at a high-level.\nMay represent the organization as a primary contact on assignments and/or projects. Interacts with senior professionals and management and frequently coordinates work between departments or organizations.\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.\nActions may impact the organization.
