If so, this opportunity may be the right fit for you!\nSupervisor - Onboarding\nSalary: $65,000-$70,000, annually\nLocation: Fully Remote\nAre you an experienced leader with a strong background in onboarding compliance, background checks, and I-9 processes who enjoys developing teams and improving the new-hire experience?\nWe're looking for an Onboarding Supervisor to lead a team responsible for ensuring new hires complete all required pre-employment and onboarding activities accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and employment regulations.\nIn this role, you'll combine people leadership, compliance oversight, and process improvement while helping new employees feel welcomed and supported.\nWhat You'll Do:\nLead, coach, and develop a high-performing onboarding team, including performance management and professional development\nOversee daily onboarding operations, workload distribution, and timely completion of pre-employment requirements\nEnsure compliance with background check requirements, Form I-9 verification, and applicable employment regulations\nMonitor onboarding documentation for accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness\nIdentify and resolve compliance gaps, onboarding delays, and escalated issues\nPartner with Recruiting, HR, and Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding process\nImprove onboarding workflows, procedures, and internal controls to increase efficiency and reduce compliance risks\nMonitor team performance, onboarding metrics, and compliance trends to identify opportunities for improvement\nLead cross-functional initiatives and support additional HR operations as needed\nOccasional business travel may be required\nWe'd Love to Meet You If You Have:\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience\n4+ years of experience in onboarding, employee experience, or a related HR function\nPrevious leadership or supervisory experience required\nExperience with onboarding compliance, background checks, and Form I-9 processes\nStrong knowledge of employment documentation, compliance requirements, and audit procedures\nExcellent communication, organization, coaching, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance\nExperience with Workday, applicant tracking systems, or similar HR technology preferred\nOur Mission:\nTo provide access to the care that matters for those who need it most.\nOur Values:\nCaring: We care about what we do and who we do it for.\nCollaborative: We value the perspective and experience of all.\nDedicated: We are committed to making a real-world impact.\nPurposeful: We know our work has meaning.\nSalary:\nThis role is bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.\nThe physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
