You will drive the strategy and execution behind tooling, infrastructure, and self-service capabilities that make it fast, easy, and secure for software delivery teams across the organization to build, deploy, and operate their applications. Your leadership will empower engineering teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and scalable products to our clinical and operational customers with minimal friction.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead, mentor, and grow a team of high-performing platform engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nOwn the product vision and roadmap for the Developer Enablement Platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of application development teams.\nValidate and drive self-service platform solutions, standard CI/CD pipelines, and automated infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).\nChampion cloud-native standards and golden paths for containerized (Kubernetes/EKS) and serverless deployment environments.\nPartner closely with Product Development and InfoSec leadership to reduce developer friction and accelerate time-to-market.\nEstablish enterprise-wide observability, monitoring, and reliability standards (DataDog, OpenTelemetry) to guarantee platform resilience.\nManage cloud resource governance, security compliance, performance tuning, and cost optimization across multi-account cloud environments.\nDefine and track key metrics (DORA metrics, developer satisfaction, platform adoption) to evaluate and communicate platform impact.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n3+ years of experience in engineering management or technical leadership, managing software or platform engineering teams.\n8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Architecture.\nProven track record of building and delivering internal developer platforms or developer enablement tools.\nDeep technical expertise in at least one of the following areas:Cloud ecosystems (AWS preferred), container orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)\nBuilding applications atop AWS, EKS, and Terraform-based internal developer platforms.\n\nStrong background in CI/CD automation, GitOps principles, and modern deployment methodologies.\nSolid understanding of enterprise observability, operational excellence, and SRE best practices.\nExceptional leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a focus on product-minded engineering.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.\nThis role is hybrid.
