This position supports our marketing initiatives by developing diverse marketing collateral and communications, managing digital marketing tools, and providing high-impact graphic design support across departments as needed.\nYour Role:\nProduce engaging graphic design materials for marketing deliverables, including but not limited to print ads, brochures, sales materials, white papers, large-scale graphic development and signage for trade shows and conferences, email graphics, banner ads, Google ads, website images, social media graphics, and other marketing collateral.\nUtilize expert production skills and excel at working with complex file requirements and specifications.\nEnsure consistent, up-to-date branding across all collateral.\nDevelop Google Slides presentations for company and departmental use.\nResearch and recommend new technologies and associated processes to achieve marketing goals and align with best practices.\nWork with other designers and support their growth. \nOther related responsibilities and projects as assigned. \nSkills & Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree or experience in graphic/web design and marketing; Agency experience preferred.\n5-7 years of marketing and branding design experience including for print, web and digital.
