This role provides an excellent opportunity to leverage both manual and automation expertise to ensure the development and delivery of reliable, performance, and scalable software releases.\nWhat you'll do\nDesign, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases (manual and automated), and test strategies across functional and non-functional areas.\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance the automated testing framework using industry best practices.\nEnsure deliverables meet the functional and non-functional criteria (e.g., performance, security), and drive changes proactively where outcomes are misaligned.\nAlign QA efforts with business objectives by collaborating closely with senior engineers, product managers, and cross-functional team members across geos.\nIdentify, document, and track defects, working closely with development teams for timely resolution.\nPromote a culture of continuous improvement by guiding other engineers through test design, automation, and operational reviews.\nProviding coaching and mentoring to junior engineers.\n What you'll bring\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.\n6+ years of Quality Assurance experience, including a minimum of 3 years focused on test automation.\nExceptional skills in designing and implementing test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright).\nProficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).\nExperience with testing RESTful APIs and microservices.\nExperience with public cloud services, preferably AWS.\nFull stack QA experience (UI, API, operations/CI/CD pipelines) is a plus.\nAbility to communicate and collaborate effectively across functional lines, and cross geo teams.\nHealthcare Interoperability experience (HL7, FHIR) is advantageous.See Attached\nModMed Benefits Highlight: At ModMed, we believe it’s important to offer a competitive benefits package designed to meet the diverse needs of our growing workforce.
