Our goal is to build a more flexible and scalable platform that delivers enhanced customer experience while simplifying the management of business communication services.\nAs part of this journey, we are looking for a PHP Software Engineer - Communication Platforms to join our team and play an active role in developing the next generation of our communication platform\nIn this role, you will become part of the Hosted vPBX development team, with a strong focus on PHP backend development, contributing to the design and implementation of new features that enhance our platform, improve the user experience, and increase the efficiency of internal processes. You will also contribute to the development of configuration tools, new platform capabilities, and automation mechanisms that will form the foundation of the next generation of our communication platform.\nKey responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain PHP-based backend services and applications supporting our Hosted vPBX platform.\n\nEnhance existing platform capabilities, workflows, and overall system performance.\n\nContribute to the development of our new Visual Dialplan Builder.\n\nDevelop management and configuration tools for communication services.\n\nBuild automation mechanisms that simplify the day-to-day management and provisioning of services.\n\nCollaborate closely with the Product and Technical Support teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\n\nCollaborate on the integration and productization of AI-enabled capabilities.\n\nWhat we offer\nA competitive gross monthly salary ranging from 1,550€ to 2,100€, depending on product.\n\nRequirements\nMust have\nAt least 3 years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on experience in PHP backend development.\n\nExperience in designing, building and consuming REST APIs, including the integration of third-party services.\n\nExperience with MySQL or other relational database management systems.\n\nHands-on experience with Git and version control workflows.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.\n\nA genuine interest in developing new products, features, and platform capabilities.\n\nFluency in Greek & English.\n\nGood to have\nExperience with VoIP or PBX platforms, such as Asterisk, FreePBX, or similar communication systems.\n\nUnderstanding of telephony workflows, including IVR, Ring Groups, Queues, Routing Rules, and Time Conditions.\n\nExperience developing configuration tools, administration panels, or internal management
