You’ll help translate discovery findings into clear workflows, requirements, use cases, and actionable recommendations that engineering teams can use to build effective solutions.\nThe engagement is currently in an early discovery and definition phase, so this role requires someone who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, asking the right questions, connecting information across multiple stakeholders, and helping teams move quickly from an evolving problem space toward buildable solutions.\nYou’ll contribute to both rapid MVP and quick-win initiatives and the definition of longer-term, scalable solutions, while ensuring requirements support repeatability, traceability, compliance, and auditability.\nRequirements:\nSignificant experience as a Business Analyst working on large, complex software, technology, or enterprise transformation initiatives.\nStrong experience leading or contributing to discovery and requirements-gathering activities with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, product teams, and engineers.\nAbility to take an ambiguous or evolving problem and break it down into clear business processes, workflows, requirements, use cases, and actionable next steps.\nExperience mapping current-state and future-state workflows, identifying gaps, dependencies, exceptions, risks, and opportunities for improvement.\nStrong experience translating business and operational needs into functional requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.\nAbility to analyze complex rules and conditions to determine who should have access, what access is appropriate, and how approved access compares with actual access.\nExperience identifying and documenting exceptions, process gaps, business rules, and compliance risks.\nAbility to define requirements that support traceability, repeatability, reporting, and audit evidence.\nExperience facilitating stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions and synthesizing findings from multiple sources into clear recommendations.\nStrong understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments.\nAbility to work closely with product and engineering teams to turn requirements into buildable solutions, clarify requirements during implementation, and support prioritization and trade-off decisions.\nComfortable supporting multiple parallel workstreams and working within aggressive delivery timelines.\nAbility to distinguish between MVP requirements, quick wins, and longer-term capabilities, while documenting recommendations for items that cannot be addressed within the immediate delivery scope.\nStrong experience with Jira and Confluence or comparable requirements and documentation tools.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to organize complex information into clear, actionable documentation.\nBonus points:\nExperience with identity and access management (IAM), access governance, user provisioning, entitlements, permissions, or access reviews.\nExperience supporting compliance, audit, risk, or governance initiatives.\nExperience working within pharmaceutical, healthcare, clinical research, life sciences, or another highly regulated industry.\nExperience working with systems supporting clinical or research operations.\nExperience defining or documenting role-based access, eligibility rules, approval workflows, or access reconciliation processes.\nFamiliarity with audit evidence, regulatory reviews, or compliance-driven documentation.\nExperience working within large enterprise environments involving multiple teams and parallel delivery workstreams.\nExperience balancing immediate delivery needs with longer-term
