from you.\nOpportunity!\nWe are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and help clients turn complex business needs into clear, actionable, and valuable software solutions.\nYou’ll work closely with client stakeholders, product teams, designers, and engineers to understand customer and business needs, analyze workflows, define use cases, and translate requirements into solutions that teams can effectively design and build.\nThis is a hands-on, collaborative role for someone who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, asking the right questions, and connecting business needs, user workflows, technical delivery, and measurable outcomes.\nRequirements:\nSignificant experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical/product role within complex software development environments.\nStrong ability to understand and analyze customer needs, business objectives, processes, and operational challenges.\nExperience translating business processes and workflows into clear functional and technical requirements.\nStrong experience defining use cases, business rules, process flows, acceptance criteria, epics, and user stories.\nAbility to facilitate discovery sessions and work directly with stakeholders to uncover requirements, dependencies, constraints, and opportunities.\nExperience supporting the design and prototyping of solutions, working collaboratively with product, design, and engineering teams to validate concepts before implementation.\nStrong understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience working within Agile environments such as Scrum and/or SAFe.\nExperience partnering closely with software engineers throughout delivery to clarify requirements, resolve questions, evaluate trade-offs, and ensure alignment with business intent.\nAbility to identify edge cases, gaps, dependencies, and risks before they become delivery blockers.\nExperience evaluating whether delivered solutions achieve the intended business and customer value, using feedback, business outcomes, or other relevant measures.\nStrong experience with Jira and Confluence for requirements management, documentation, and collaboration.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across business, technical, and executive stakeholders.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate effectively in large, complex, and evolving environments.\nBonus points:\nExperience working within large enterprise organizations or complex transformation initiatives.\nExperience mapping and improving end-to-end business processes and customer workflows.\nExperience working closely with UX/Product Design teams on solution design and prototyping.\nFamiliarity with APIs, system integrations, data flows, or other technical concepts that support effective collaboration with engineering teams.\nExperience defining or tracking KPIs, success metrics, or business outcomes after implementation.\nExperience working in consulting or other client-facing technology environments.\nExperience identifying opportunities for process automation or the application of AI-enabled
