You’ll need to be comfortable moving between code and customer conversations-working independently to understand new systems while communicating technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nThis role is open to candidates in the United States and LATAM who can support working hours across U.S. Eastern through Pacific Time zones.\nRequirements:\nStrong full-stack software engineering experience building modern applications and services.\nProficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.\nHands-on experience integrating AI capabilities or AI-powered products into applications and existing systems.\nExperience or strong familiarity with agentic architectures, AI agents, tool calling, and modern AI application patterns.\nStrong understanding of REST APIs and familiarity with GraphQL concepts and integrations.\nExperience building integrations between products, APIs, services, and customer environments.\nAbility to rapidly prototype solutions and turn ideas or customer requirements into working technical implementations.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently research unfamiliar technologies, systems, and customer environments.\nA product enablement mindset -the ability to go beyond implementing a technical request and identify how customers can best leverage available product capabilities.\nComfortable working directly with customers to understand their needs, clarify technical requirements, and guide integrations.\nExcellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with a high degree of autonomy.\nBonus points:\nExperience within Education Technology (EdTech), particularly products or platforms serving K-12 education.\nExperience working in a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, or customer-facing software engineering capacity.\nExperience implementing LLM-powered applications, AI agents, or agentic workflows.\nExperience working with third-party AI platforms, APIs, or AI product ecosystems.\nExperience building proofs of concept that evolved into production integrations.\nExperience supporting customer onboarding or technical product adoption.\nFamiliarity with
