accelerate post-acquisition funnel integration and performance lift\n\nWhat we look for\n2+ years building and scaling B2B growth engines (growth, performance marketing, revops, sales engineering, or equivalent), with clear ownership of results\n\nDeep comfort with analytics and funnel diagnostics (CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, payback), plus the judgment to prioritize what matters\n\nAI-native operator: you regularly implement automation and modern GTM tooling to multiply throughput and quality\n\nOperational rigor: high standards on data integrity, process consistency, and cross-functional execution under tight timelines\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder management across Product, Sales, Ops, and leadership;
