You will interface directly with auditors to understand their current workflows, help translate these to AI (and non-technical) solutions, and be instrumental in technical rollout across the firm.\nDefine the Roadmap: Turn messy, real-world audit workflows into scalable AI product specs.\nShip AI Agents: Partner with engineers to deploy LLM pipelines, RAG systems, and browser automation into production.\nOwn the Outcome: Work directly with the auditors at our firm to ensure our tools drive real business impact.\n\nBuild the Playbook: Standardize how we modernize traditional CPA firms through technology.\n\nWhat We Look For\nPM Experience: Proven track record as a Product Manager (preferably in early-stage or high-growth technical environments).\nProgramming Experience: we love PMs that come with a technical background, whether that means having been a SWE previously or building side projects to stay on top of the latest in AI.\nFinancial Literacy: You don’t need an accounting degree, but you must be able to comfortably read basic financial statements (e.g. P&L, Balance Sheet).\nTechnical Fluency: High comfort level discussing AI/LLMs, data pipelines, and technical trade-offs.\n\nBias for Action: We are a small, execution-focused team.
