Modvion designs and develops a patented modular wind turbine tower made of laminated wood, engineered to reach higher altitudes and unlock wind resources previously out of reach. Laminated wood, nature's carbon fibre, enables efficient logistics for tall towers while substantially cutting the carbon footprint of wind power.\nWe are moving from proven, single-tower projects into a phase of scaling delivery, and every project we take on right now is a critical step in proving that model to the market.\nThe role\nAs Project Manager for our next tower, you will own the project end to end, from product development through manufacturing, delivery, and installation. You will be Modvion's direct point of contact with the turbine OEM and the client throughout the project, responsible for aligning technical requirements, schedules, and expectations between our organisation and theirs.\nThis is a role with full ownership of a complex, capital-intensive project, where your ability to coordinate across engineering, production, supply chain, and site installation will directly determine whether we deliver on time, on budget, and to the quality our customers and partners expect.\nKey responsibilities\nOwn the project end to end, from product development and manufacturing through delivery and installation\nAct as the primary point of contact with the turbine OEM and customer, managing technical alignment, schedule, and expectations\nCoordinate closely with engineering, production, supply chain, and installation teams to keep the project on track\nManage project schedule, budget, risk, and quality throughout the project lifecycle\nEnsure compliance with relevant certification and quality standards\nReport progress and key risks to management and other stakeholders\nBe present and hands-on, including on site, whenever the project needs it\nWho you are\nYou are an experienced project manager with a proven track record from the wind power industry, having delivered more than one project from start to finish. You know what it takes to manage a complex, capital-intensive project where manufacturing time, installation, and erection are critical to success, and you are comfortable being the direct counterpart to an OEM.\nLike the rest of Modvion's leaders and team members, you are not defined by prestige. You are just as credible coordinating with an OEM's engineering team or presenting a project update to management as you are on site solving a practical problem together with the installation crew. You combine structure and planning with the drive to get things done when circumstances change.\nProven experience as a project manager within the wind power industry\nTrack record of having delivered more than one wind power project end to end, preferably in compliance with APQP4wind\nComfortable working directly with OEMs and other technical partners\nStrong organisational skills combined with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nFluent in English is mandatory and in Swedish preferred, both written and spoken\nWishlist\nExperience with modular construction, engineered wood, or timber structures\nInternational project experience\nA technical or engineering background\nFluent in German, written and spoken\nWe look forward to hearing from you!","description_format":"text","description_chars":3359,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"Swedish","level":"All levels","optional":true},{"language":"German","level":"Advanced (C1)","optional":false},{"language":"English","level":"Advanced (C1)","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-11T03:12:02Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":21,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":1,"p_active":0.475,"p_room":0.45,"age_days":46,"expected_fill_days":30,"reasons":["conf:0","win:tail"],"computed_at":"2026-10-20T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/modvion-senior-project-manager-tower-delivery","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/modvion-senior-project-manager-tower-delivery.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-20T15:05:23Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":16999,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-21T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":697924},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=697924"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fmodvion-senior-project-manager-tower-delivery"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fmodvion-senior-project-manager-tower-delivery"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fmodvion-senior-project-manager-tower-delivery"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/modvion-senior-project-manager-tower-delivery\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fmodvion-senior-project-manager-tower-delivery"}]}
