Join us in shaping the future of pet care, one happy groomer, one joyful pet, and one loving owner at a time.\nAbout the Role\nWe’re looking for a technically strong Revenue Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team and help ensure our Salesforce environment is scalable, reliable, and well-governed.\nYou’ll own the day-to-day administration and optimization of Salesforce, including its architecture, data model, automation, integrations, and reporting. You’ll partner cross-functionally with RevOps, GTM, Finance, Customer Success, Support, and other teams to build scalable solutions, improve data integrity, and reduce technical debt as MoeGo grows.\nKey Responsibilities:\nMaintain and optimize Salesforce architecture, objects, fields, data models, permissions, and automation.\n\nBuild, troubleshoot, and optimize Salesforce Flows and other automations.\n\nManage and troubleshoot dependencies between Salesforce and connected systems and integrations.\n\nEvaluate changes for downstream impacts before implementation.\n\nIdentify and resolve technical debt, redundant automation, inconsistent processes, and data-quality issues.\n\nImprove reporting and analytics accuracy through stronger data structures, reporting logic, and data hygiene.\n\nProvide ongoing Salesforce administration and technical support to the RevOps team.\n\nPartner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.\n\nStrengthen Salesforce governance, documentation, and system ownership to reduce operational risk and dependency on individual team members.\n\nHelp create more connected and consistent processes across teams and break down system silos.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n3+ years of experience administering Salesforce in a complex or growing business environment.\n\nStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, objects, relationships, permissions, and automation.\n\nHands-on experience building and troubleshooting Salesforce Flows.\n\nExperience with Salesforce data quality, reporting, and integrations.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a technical mindset.\n\nExcellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nSalesforce Administrator certification.\n\nExperience supporting Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, or other GTM functions.\n\nExperience working in a SaaS or high-growth technology company.\n\nExperience managing Salesforce technical debt and governance.\n\nFamiliarity with common GTM and RevOps tools and Salesforce integrations.\n\nMoeGo offers a competitive compensation package (base salary, performance bonus, and benefits).
