ensuring that Campaigns Inbound remains a world-class engineering organization.\n\nRequirements :\n\nEducation & Experience :\n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n- 12+ years of overall software engineering experience, with 5+ years in engineering management or technical leadership.\n\nLeadership & Communication :\n\n- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and grow high-performing engineering teams across multiple pods or workstreams.\n\n- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate technical strategy, trade-offs, and progress clearly to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.\n\n- Proven experience in hiring, onboarding, and retaining top engineering talent.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration :\n\n- Strong track record of collaborating effectively across Product, DevOps, QA, UX, and Platform teams.\n\n- Experience partnering with product managers on roadmap development, prioritization, and sprint planning.\n\nTechnical Depth :\n\n- Solid hands-on background in Java and/or Python, including relevant frameworks and ecosystem tools.\n\n- Strong proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).\n\n- Experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems and infrastructure.\n\n- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform -
