You will own the full post-sales technical journey - from pre-go-live solutioning and SDK/API integration through to ongoing campaign architecture, analytics design, and platform evolution.\nWhat You'll Own\nTechnical Solutioning & Architecture\nServe as the senior technical voice in strategic customer engagements, designing end-to-end solutions across SDK integration, API workflows, data pipelines, campaign orchestration, and analytics reporting\nEvaluate and validate the technical feasibility of complex customer use cases, translating business requirements into scalable implementation blueprints\nGuide customers through architectural decisions - from event schema design and identity resolution to multi-channel campaign logic and data export strategies\nLead discovery sessions with customer product and engineering teams to deeply understand their tech stack, data model, and marketing objectives, then map these to MoEngage's capabilities\nOnboarding & Time-to-Value\nOwn the technical onboarding experience for strategic accounts end-to-end, driving rapid, high-quality go-lives that set customers up for long-term success\nPartner with Onboarding Managers and CSMs to build detailed, actionable technical delivery plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and success criteria\nSupport customers through SDK and API integrations, troubleshooting blockers and providing hands-on guidance to their engineering teams\nValidate campaign and reporting deployments for correctness, completeness, and alignment with stated business goals before go-live\nEnablement & Adoption\nDesign and deliver tailored technical and product enablement programmes - including onsite workshops, virtual deep-dives, and written playbooks - that empower customer teams to operate MoEngage independently\nBuild reusable training frameworks, technical guides, and best-practice documentation that scale across the SA team\nIdentify adoption gaps and proactively design interventions with the CSM to increase platform utilisation and customer ROI\nAct as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders (Head of Product, CTO, VP Marketing), helping them think through platform strategy and roadmap alignment\nCross-functional Impact\nSynthesise patterns from customer implementations and feed structured product feedback to MoEngage's Product and Engineering teams, influencing roadmap prioritisation\nContribute to the development of the SA practice - defining engagement models, building playbooks, and improving how technical delivery is scoped and executed\nPartner with Sales Engineering during complex commercial cycles when deep post-sales credibility is needed\nWhat We're Looking For\n8+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or a senior Implementation/Customer Engineering role - ideally within MarTech, SaaS, or a customer data platform environment\nStrong command of mobile and web SDK integration, REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and customer data modelling\nExperience owning enterprise-scale technical onboardings with multiple internal stakeholders and complex integration requirements\nDemonstrated ability to facilitate technical workshops and drive alignment across engineering, product, and marketing stakeholders on the customer side\nExcellent written and verbal communication - you can explain a data pipeline to a CTO and explain attribution logic to a CMO with equal clarity\nComfort operating in ambiguity and navigating large, matrixed customer organisations\nExperience with analytics and reporting design (funnels, cohorts, campaign attribution) is a strong plus\nPrior experience in a marketing automation, CDP, or omnichannel engagement platform is highly advantageous\nWhy Join Us!\nAt MoEngage, we are passionate about our team and technology - see below to know more about us.\nLife @MoEngage\nTech @MoEngage\nScale @MoEngage\nWe handle more than a billion messages every day.
