About the role
MoEngage acquired Aampe in June 2026 to bring 1:1 agentic decisioning into the platform. This is a net-new product motion that needs its own demand engine, built from scratch and run alongside the core MoEngage business.
We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Demand Generation to own demand generation for AI Decisioning end to end. You will conceive, build, and run programs across paid and non-paid channels that create demand for this offering, working closely with product marketing, content, sales, and the Aampe founding team.
This is a builder role, not a maintenance role. You will set the demand gen playbook for the product line from the ground up.
Roles & Responsibilites:
Own the demand generation strategy and roadmap for AI Decisioning (Aampe) across paid and non-paid channels
Plan and run paid programs: LinkedIn (Sponsored Content, InMail, document ads), programmatic display, and retargeting
Build non-paid programs: SEO and AEO content distribution, community engagement, and partner co-marketing
Design account-based marketing programs against priority verticals and named accounts
Own the funnel numbers for AI Decisioning: MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, and pipeline contribution by channel and segment
Build and own SDR outbound cadences - sequence structure, timing, and channel mix (email, LinkedIn, call)
Write and continuously refine the messaging SDRs use in these cadences, matched to segment, persona, and account classification
Monitor cadence performance (open, reply, and meeting-booked rates) and adjust messaging and sequencing based on what converts
Run a regular feedback loop with the SDR team on what prospects are saying, and feed that back into positioning and content
Manage the channel budget and report on CAC, pipeline efficiency, and program ROI to the SVP Marketing
Translate product marketing positioning into campaigns that generate demand
Run tests across channels and messages, and double down on what converts
Partner with marketing ops and sales on attribution, lead routing, and reporting
Requirments:
8-10 years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing, ideally in MarTech, CDP, or CEP
A track record of building a demand engine for a new product line or category, not just running an existing one
Hands-on experience across paid channels (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic) and non-paid channels (SEO, content, community)
Comfort owning and being measured on pipeline and funnel metrics, not just activity metrics
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar)
Based in India, with the flexibility to work across US and India time zones.
Familiarity with agentic AI, decisioning, or personalization as a category
Experience marketing to marketing and product leaders as an ICP
Experience with building programs & activations for a 0-1 & 1-10 journey
