In this role, the GM is local catalyst of Mohawk’s unique culture. This role sets the standard for service excellence and accountability, ensuring the branch operates as a high-performing, solutions-oriented team aligned to Mohawk’s goals. The GM integrates operational execution with people leadership, driving both short-term results and long-term branch health.
