The hourly rate of pay is $23.18 with the opportunity to earn an additional $1 to $2 per hour more incentive rate.\nThe Auto Press Packer inspects and packs unfired tile into setters.\nMajor Functions and Scope:\nInspects tile for quality defects as specified in the control plans.\nPacks tile into setters and loads full setters onto pallets.\nMonitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor.\nFollows standard operating and safety procedures.\nKeeps area safe, clean and organized.\nPerforms other related duties as required.\nEducation and Knowledge:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nExperience:\n0 -1 year previous manufacturing/production experience.\nCompetencies:\nGood oral and written communications skills.\nGood record keeping skills and listening skills.\nAccurate measurement capability. \nAbility to understand and speak basic English.\nAbility to work in a safe and conscientious manner.\nWe offer competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, career opportunities, and an environment of creativity and growth.
