This role works with Project Managers, contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and internal partners to maintain project documentation, track schedules and expenses, coordinate project activities, and assist with resolving routine issues throughout the construction process.\nDuties and Responsibilities of the Position:\nAssist Project Managers with the planning and coordination of construction and renovation projects, including schedules, meetings, site activities, and project milestones.\nMaintain project documentation, including plans, contracts, permits, schedules, invoices, change documentation, meeting notes, and other project records.\nTrack project schedules, expenses, purchase orders, and project activities and communicate updates or potential issues to the Project Manager.\nCoordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, suppliers, and internal partners to support project requirements and timely completion of assigned activities.\nAssist with contractor and vendor scheduling, procurement activities, permit documentation, and other administrative requirements throughout the project lifecycle.\nParticipate in project meetings and site visits, document project progress, and follow up on assigned action items.\nIdentify routine project issues and work with the Project Manager and appropriate partners to coordinate solutions in accordance with established procedures.\nSupport project closeout activities by organizing final documentation, tracking outstanding items, and ensuring required project records are complete and maintained.\nPerforms other duties as needed.\nRequired Experience and Education:\nBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.\n0-2 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.\nCompetencies:\nApplies conceptual knowledge of the theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline.\nExcellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.\nAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.\nHigh level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.\nProficient using Microsoft Suite of products.\nOther Pertinent Job Information:\nWe offer competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, career opportunities, and an environment of creativity and growth.
