The hourly rate of pay is $20.48.\nOperates dot mount loading equipment and inspects tile for quality.\nMajor Functions and Scope:\nOperates equipment that sets tile from mounting board into plastisol.\nInspects and replaces defective tile(s) in mounting boards and sets into plastisol.\nUnderstands and ensures correct mounting of special patterns.\nTracks amount of production for each line by SKU.\nMonitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor and/or maintenance.\nFollows standard operating and safety procedures and wears required personal protective equipment.\nKeeps area safe, clean and organized.\nPerforms other related duties as required.\nEducation and Knowledge:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nExperience:\n1-2 years previous manufacturing/production experience.\nCompetencies:\nGood oral and written communications skills. \nGood record keeping skills.\nGood listening skills.\nAccurate measurement capability. \nAbility to read and understand basic English.\nAbility to work in a safe and conscientious manner. \nAbility to differentiate between colors. \nAbility to inspect high volume of tile sheets in a fast-paced environment.\nWe offer competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, career opportunities, and an environment of creativity and growth.
