Whether you want to lead more, innovate more, learn more or create more, you can find your more with Mohawk.\nWhat We Need:\nProvide mechanical and electrical maintenance support to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of manufacturing equipment while maintaining product quality and production performance.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nComply with all company safety policies, procedures, and regulations, and identify, recommend, and implement safety improvements.\n\nResponsible for servicing, repairing, adjusting, and testing machinery, devices and equipment related to the manufacturing process.\n\nLearn production equipment processes and operations to support troubleshooting and maintenance activities.\n\nExecute assigned preventive maintenance tasks and activities.\n\nMonitor equipment performance and respond promptly to routine maintenance requirements.\n\nUtilize mechanical and electrical testing equipment, tools, and required paper or digital resources to complete assigned tasks.\n\nAssist manufacturing operations during product changeovers.\n\nPlan, support, document, and implement process improvement initiatives, techniques, and equipment modifications.\n\nApply machining, electrical, and mechanical trade skills to complete daily maintenance tasks.\n\nAttend job-related training as required by management.\n\nFollow all established standard operating procedures (SOPs).\n\nPerform general housekeeping and workplace organization duties as required.\n\nPerform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.\n\nWhat You Have:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\n\nPrior maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment required.\n\nAssociate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Manufacturing Maintenance, or a related technical field preferred.\n\nWhat You’re Good At:\nExperience with high pressure hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated material handling utilizing 480vac VFD’s, and PLC control logic troubleshooting.\n\nMachining, welding, and light fabrication skills preferred.\n\nAbility to produce and communicate technical reports.\n\nAbility to utilize necessary digital tools, including email and work orders.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\n\nEffective problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.\n\nAbility to work collaboratively with maintenance, production, and engineering teams.\n\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\n\nWhat Else?\nThis position requires the team member to work with machinery in an environment where there may be fluctuating temperatures, and additional department-specific variables.
