This role will assist with the preparation of budgets, business plans, and financial evaluations by providing reports and data management and system support.\nWhat you’ll do:\nKPI reporting maintenance and monitoring\nMonth end accrual prep and supporting journal entries\nPreparation of internal reports\nBalance Sheet and Allocation reconciliation\nSAP SME for the team (understands how to create purchase orders, proper coding, invoice payments)\nPartner with FP&A counterparts and help support internal processes\nSupport P2P process for commercial\nDaily sales, pricing and margin analytics and push for remediation when necessary\nMaintenance of Showroom and SG&A BU reports\nSupport FP&A and Sales controller when necessary\nWhat you have:\nBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.\n2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.\nCPA or CMA certification preferred.\nWhat you’re good at:\nDemonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards.\nExcellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.\nAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.\nHigh level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.\nProficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.\nProficient in SAP.\nKnowledge of GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles) and Sarbanes-Oxley.\nMohawk Industries is a leading global flooring manufacturer that creates products to enhance residential and commercial spaces around the world.
