The hourly rate of pay is $23.18 per hour.\nThe Press Operator monitors and cleans press equipment to ensure quality standards are met.\nMajor Functions and Scope:\nMonitors efficient operation of press equipment within control plans.\nIdentifies minor mechanical problems and performs adjustments to equipment as needed.\nPerforms routine cleaning of equipment as needed for color changes.\nMonitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor.\nFollows standard operating and safety procedures.\nKeeps area safe, clean and organized.\nPerforms other related duties as required.\nEducation and Knowledge:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nExperience:\n0 -1 year previous manufacturing/production experience.\nCompetencies:\nGood oral and written communications skills. \nGood record keeping skills.\nGood listening skills.\nAccurate measurement capability. \nAbility to understand and speak basic English.\nAbility to work in a safe and conscientious manner.\nWe offer competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, career opportunities, and an environment of creativity and growth.
