This role will coordinate call lists, systematic updates, order inquiries and status, product information, customer returns, and transportation management, as well as provide selling agility.\nPrimary Duties:\nCreative and innovative in the sales approach to drive revenue and growth of accounts when calling upon customers.\nProcess orders timely, accurately, and thoroughly while enhancing sales opportunities with customers.\nExhibit comfort in upselling and providing product options to increase sales.\nGain an understanding of company operations and industry trends.\nAssist with the identification of potential process improvements.\nCollaborate in group activities and collaborate with a team.\nAdvanced troubleshooting skills and ability to handle and address escalations.\nPerform various office administration duties such as keying in orders, preparation of reports, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction with order development.\nPerform other duties as needed.\nRequired Experience and Education:\nBachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.\n0-2 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.\nCompetencies:\nApplies conceptual knowledge of the theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline.\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.\nHigh level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.\nProficient in using Microsoft Office Suite products.\nOther Pertinent Job Information:\nThe information in this description is not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required of employees assigned to this job.\nWe offer competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, career opportunities, and an environment of creativity and growth.
