Come find your “more” with Mohawk!\nWhat we need:\nThe Integration Architect is a leading performer who will be responsible for delivery of solutions within a Global IT Center of Excellence (COE) team. The role will work to devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems and works at a high technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities.\nWhat you’ll do:\nManage large cross-functional projects or processes.\nWork with Global IT COE colleagues and project sponsors/customers to determine the long-term application architecture and strategy.\nProvide leadership and development skills to efficiently develop code that can be leveraged across multiple sites. Influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures.\nLeverage creativity and comprehensive process, technical, or operational understanding to resolve a wide range of issues.\nAnalyze and provide technical advice and direction with regarding the interface/integrate of supported systems with the rest of the application portfolio; analyze how the supported applications can best serve business functions; recognizes the impact to the business of proposed applications changes and advises IT colleagues accordingly. \nCreatively and strategically support key business objectives.\nDocument and maintain best practices, project standards, procedures, application, quality objectives and lessons learned; ensure that applications systems are developed in a way that complies with architectural/development standards and established methodologies and practices.\nPerform high-level critical thinking, detailed information gathering, and application of business knowledge.\nGenerate fresh perspectives, breakthrough ideas, and new approaches that create value in the market.\nProactively investigate and/or lead investigations of alternative approaches, technologies, or partnerships.\nCollaborate with and may lead functional or cross-functional teams to generate solutions to complex problems.\nPerform other duties as needed.\nWhat you have:\nBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience. \n6-8 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience. \n6+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise integration technologies including SAP PO/PI, SAP CPI (Integration Suite), BizTalk, Azure Integration Services, and API Management platforms (Azure APIM, Apigee, Sentinet), with exposure to SLT and SSIS.\nStrong technical expertise in integration patterns and protocols such as IDocs, RFCs, SOAP, REST, OData, JMS, along with API-led and event-driven architectures, and deep understanding of security standards including OAuth2, JWT, and SSL/TLS.. \nProven experience integrating SAP with non-SAP and SaaS platforms, coupled with exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and secure cloud/DMZ integration architectures.\nOwn the enterprise integration architecture spanning SAP and cloud platforms.\nDefine integration patterns (synchronous, asynchronous, event-driven, batch, APIs).\nEstablish middleware standards, canonical models, and reuse frameworks.\nDrive cloud-first and API-led integration strategy aligned with enterprise architecture.\nDesign complex integrations across S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, MDG, CRM, legacy, and SaaS systems.\nWhat you’re good at:\nRequires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field.\nRecognized cross-functionally as an expert within one or two subject matter areas.\nExcellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.\nAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.\nHigh level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.\nProficient using Microsoft Office Suite products. \nFlexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once.\nHigh degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.\nWhat else?\n\nTemporary indirect reporting relationships may exist while working as Project lead.
