This role manages intake, prioritization, project setup, timeline coordination, workload visibility, stakeholder communication, and workflow execution. The position acts as the bridge between business partners and creative resources, ensuring requests are properly scoped, prioritized, assigned, and delivered on time.\nWhat You'll do:\nManage intake of all creative and design requests submitted ensuring required information, scope, deliverables, and timing needs are captured before work is assigned\nPartner with requestors and cross-functional stakeholders to clarify project scope, define deliverables, establish realistic timelines, and align expectations before project kickoff\nConvert approved and fully scoped requests into detailed project plans, timelines, assignments, review steps, and approval workflows within Adobe Workfront\nTraffic active projects across creative resources, monitor progress against timelines, coordinate review cycles, and help ensure deadlines are met\nMaintain clear and frequent communication with stakeholders on project status, timing, review needs, priority shifts, risks, and resource constraints\nMaintain project plans to maintain a system of record for intake, project details, timelines, assignments, review/proofing status, approvals, notes, and reporting\nIdentify and escalate any project-related issues, concerns, or risks to the appropriate team members or leadership in a timely manner\nFacilitate collaboration by bringing the right people together to make decisions and overcome obstacles\nProactively identify next steps and solutions to prevent projects from stalling and keep them moving forward\nSupport creative resources by helping remove workflow roadblocks, clarifying next steps, and ensuring project information is complete and actionable\nPerform other Creative PMO, traffic management, and workflow coordination duties as needed\nSupport prioritization discussions by providing visibility to project volume, workload, capacity, competing priorities, and timing constraints\nDrive adherence to established creative processes, templates, workflows, review steps, and approval paths.\nWhat you have:\nBachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education and/or experience preferred\n3+ years of experience in project coordination, traffic management, creative operations, marketing operations, or project management within a marketing, agency, creative services, or in-house creative environment\nPMP certification is a plus but not required; experience managing creative workflows, intake processes, or project management platforms is preferred\nAdobe Workfront experience strongly preferred\nWhat you're good at:\nFoundational understanding of project management, creative traffic management, workflow coordination, and resource planning principles\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills\nAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment\nA collaborative, team-player attitude with the ability to adapt to change\nProficient in using Microsoft Office Suite products\nExperience with Adobe Workfront or similar project management, proofing, intake, or workflow management systems is strongly preferred\nA high degree of professionalism, resourcefulness, and a proactive mindset\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to balance business needs, creative capacity, and shifting priorities\nAbility to manage a high volume of concurrent requests while maintaining accuracy, urgency, and clear communication\nExperience working with designers, copywriters, digital teams, photographers, production partners, and other creative resources preferred\nProcess improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency, visibility, governance, and operational excellence\nWhat else?\nDisclaimer: The information in this description is not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required of employees assigned to this job.\nMohawk Industries is a leading global flooring manufacturer that creates products to enhance residential and commercial spaces around the world.
