If this sounds outstanding to you, take the first step forward and explore a career with Dal-Tile.\nPrimary Objective:\nOperates electric and manual pallet jack to move material and pallets throughout the warehouse while performing the picking operation.\nShift:\n2nd: M-F, 2:30pm-11:00pm\nEquipment Knowledge:\nSit-Down Forklift\nElectric Pallet Jack\nResponsibilities:\nPicking\nOperate powered industrial truck(s) to assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets.\nKeys order into Warehouse Management System (WMS)\nVerifies stock availability and audits orders for accuracy\nConveys picked orders to packing station or shipping areas\nPutaway\nUtilizes powered industrial equipment to move product into pre-designated areas within warehouse once received\nKeys location of product into inventory control system and places product onto shelves\nEnsures product is placed into accurate location\nGeneral\nMonitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor\nFollows standard operating and safety procedures\nKeeps area safe, clean, and organized\nPerforms other related duties as required\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\n1 or more years previous distribution/warehouse experience. Must have a minimum of six months to 1 year of sit-down forklift. Reach truck, and OP experience.\nGood oral and written communications skills. Good record keeping skills. Good listening skills. Accurate measurement capability.
