If this sounds outstanding to you, take the first step forward and explore a career with Dal-Tile.\nMOLD LINE OPERATOR- F SHIFT\nHOURS: 6:45PM - 7AM (2-2-3)\nJob Functions:\nEnsures safe and efficient operation of all assigned equipment\n\nFollows the Quality Management System (QMS)\n\nStocks lines/machines with needed materials\n\nTransports, weighs, and mixes appropriate ingredients\n\nLoad/ unload machines\n\nPerforms periodic checks on output\n\nCreates samples and performs quality control checks\n\nMonitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor including safety, quality, productivity, and systems-related issues\n\nMaintains accurate documentation/ records relative to safety, quality, and productivity for assigned area\n\nFollows standard operating procedures, safe operating practices, 5S, standard work and other lean manufacturing principles\n\nKeeps area safe, clean and organized\n\nSupports a life-long learning environment, enhancing own skills as well as assisting in the development of other team members\n\nMust be willing to cross department lines and help the team where needed\n\nPerforms other related duties as required\n\nWe offer competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, career opportunities, and an environment of creativity and growth.
