In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert, driving the design, configuration, and deployment of complex warehouse solutions. The ideal candidate has led multiple full-lifecycle implementations, deeply understood production logistics, and had a proven track record of successful go-lives.\nThis role does NOT provide current or future sponsorship assistance\nPlease note that we will NOT provide relocation assistance (Candidates are expected to relocate on own 3 weeks from time of offer acceptance)\nEmployees are required to report in office 5 days a week / 7834 CF Hawn Freeway | Dallas, Texas 75217 (NO NEGOTIATION)\nThis is a direct hire role; We are NOT open to employing through contractor or agency\nDuties and Responsibilities of the Position:\nSolution Leadership: Act as the lead individual contributor and functional expert on all SAP S/4 EWM 2023 deployment initiatives.\nSolution Design: Lead blueprinting workshops to translate complex warehouse requirements into scalable SAP S/4 EWM blueprints.\nConfiguration: Hands-on configuration of S/4 EWM processes including inbound/outbound processing, production staging, kitting, physical inventory, and wave management.\nAdvanced Features: Implement advanced S/4 EWM functionalities like Yard Management, Labor Management, Slotting, and Material Flow Systems (MFS).\nGo-Live Execution: Participate in cutover planning, legacy data migration, and hyper care support for high-volume manufacturing facilities.\nPerform other duties as needed.\nRequired Experience and Education:\nBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.\n6-8 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.\nTechnical SAP knowledge of: ABAP programming language, bapi, idoc, ALV, SAPscript, batchinput, smartforms, LSMW, job scheduling, implementation of OSS notes, etc. Technical knowledge of SAP authorizations, Java, SAP Netweaver, etc. is a plus.\nDemonstrated experience and understanding of ERP applications, system development life cycle, dynamics of applications development projects, and IT practices and methods. Knowledge of EAI / integration principles is a plus.\nGeneral knowledge of SAP business processes & SAP modules.\nProficient using PC.\nCompetencies:\nRequires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field.\nRecognized cross-functionally as an expert within one or two subject matter areas.\nExcellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.\nAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.\nHigh level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.\nProficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.\nFlexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once.\nHigh degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.\nOther Pertinent Job Information:\nTemporary indirect reporting relationships may exist while working as Project lead.
