This role supports data and analytics applications across platforms (on-premises and cloud), ensures system reliability and security, and drives automation and optimization efforts to support business needs.\nWhat you’ll do:\nImplements cloud Data & Analytics solutions using various data integration and reporting tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure data lake storage, DBT(data build tools), Spark Engine and Power BI) integrated with GitHub and azure devops workflows.\nProvides architect oversite, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.\nReviews and approves architectural designs and implementations for application solutions focusing on operational efficiency, security and compliance.\nImplements governance frameworks and best practices for architecture and design processes\nCollaborates with cross-functional teams to assess architectural designs and provide recommendations for improvements.\nDevelops and maintains documentation related to architectural standards, guidelines and governance processes\nPerform problem assessment, resolution, and documentation of existing ETL packages, mapping, and workflows.\nImplements Cloud data analytics solution utilizing on-prem and cloud data sources.\nSupports cloud data and analytics architecture reviews and provides guidance on best practices for cloud adoption and optimization.\nWorks closely with international teams across time zones, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.\nMonitors, troubleshoots, and optimizes cloud Data and Analytics applications for performance, cost, and security.\nStays current with emerging cloud data and analytics technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.\nCollaborates with Analytics cloud architects and engineers to drive continuous improvement in cloud analytics architecture, automation, and management.\nPerforms high quality analysis reliably and consistently.\nFinds ways to assess and apply innovative ideas to enhance business results.\nSuccessfully leads after-action reviews to identify, document, and share lessons learned.\nCollaborates cross-functionally to evaluate technical, system, and process improvements.\nPerforms other duties as needed.\nWhat you have:\nBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.\n4-6 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.\nProven experience developing Enterprise Datawarehouse/BI Solution on Cloud platform like Azure, AWS or GCP. (Experience in Azure cloud platform is preferred).\nProven experience in data extraction from multiple sources and building data Lakehouse solution in cloud platform using integration tools and cloud data platform. (Experience in Azure Databricks and DBT as data transformation tool is preferred).\nWork experience with SAP ERP systems will be a plus\nProven experience in working with repositories like Azure DevOps, Git Hub or Bitbucket and developing CI/CD data pipelines.\nProven experience in building data pipelines using Azure Data factory or equivalent technology. \nProven experience in building real time data streaming and CDC architecture. \nProven experience in implementing data governance tools like Databricks unity catalog and Azure Purview.\nProven experience working with analytics visualization tools e.g. tableau, Power BI and Looker etc. (Experience in Power BI is preferred)\nWorking knowledge of DevOps principles and agile methodologies preferred.\nWhat you’re good at:\nRequires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline.\nExcellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.\nAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.\nHigh level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.\nProficient using Microsoft Suite of products.\nFlexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player and able to handle multiple projects at once.\nHigh degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.\nExcellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with international teams.\nStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.\nMohawk Industries is a leading global flooring manufacturer that creates products to enhance residential and commercial spaces around the world.
