This role supports cloud operations across platforms, ensures system reliability and security, and drives automation and optimization efforts to support business needs.\nWhat you'll do:\nImplements cloud infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates) integrated with GitHub workflows.\n\nProvides architect oversite, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.\n\nReviews and approves architectural designs and implementations for application solutions focusing on operational efficiency, security and compliance.\n\nImplements governance frameworks and best practices for architecture and design processes\n\nCollaborates with cross-functional teams to assess architectural designs and provide recommendations for improvements.\n\nDevelops and maintains documentation related to architectural standards, guidelines and governance processes\n\nContinuous improvement and implementation of GitHub environments.\n\nCollaborate with DevOps teams to integrate infrastructure with CI/CD pipelines and agile development practices.\n\nSupports cloud architecture reviews and provides guidance on best practices for cloud adoption and optimization.\n\nWorks closely with international teams across time zones, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.\n\nMonitors, troubleshoots, and optimizes cloud infrastructure for performance, cost, and security.\n\nStays current with emerging cloud technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.\n\nCollaborates with cloud architects and engineers to drive continuous improvement in cloud architecture, automation, and management.\n\nPerforms high quality analysis reliably and consistently.\n\nFinds ways to assess and apply innovative ideas to enhance business results.\n\nSuccessfully leads after-action reviews to identify, document, and share lessons learned.\n\nCollaborates cross-functionally to evaluate technical, system, and process improvements.\n\nPerforms other duties as needed.\n\nWhat you have:\nBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.\n\n4-6 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.\n\nProven experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, networking, security, monitoring) preferred.\n\nStrong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using GitHub and tools like Terraform or Bicep preferred.\n\nStrong proficiency of cloud networking (VNETs, VPNs, ExpressRoute, firewalls, DNS, load balancers) preferred.\n\nWorking knowledge of DevOps principles and agile methodologies preferred.\n\nWhat you're good at:\nRequires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline.\n\nExcellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.\n\nAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.\n\nHigh level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.\n\nProficient using Microsoft Suite of products.\n\nFlexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player and able to handle multiple projects at once.\n\nHigh degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.\n\nExcellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with international teams.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.\n\nMohawk Industries is a leading global flooring manufacturer that creates products to enhance residential and commercial spaces around the world.
