This role offers guidance and support in functional areas including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices.\nDuties and Responsibilities of the Position:\nProvide a variety of human resources solutions to help departments meet business initiatives. \nEnsure legal compliance by monitoring, communicating, and interpreting applicable HR federal, state, and company requirements, laws, and regulations. \nMonitor the administration of the company’s diverse compensation programs that includes both exempt and non-exempt employees. \nGive direction and advice on complex and controversial issues. \nAnalyze data from exit interviews. \nHelp with the implementation of larger-scale HR projects, events, and programs. \nPresent summary reports to management on current trends. \nProvide direction to managers and employees regarding company policies, procedures, career development, and workplace issues. \nAdvises managers on the interpretation of employment law. \nPerform other duties as needed. \nRequired Experience and Education:\n4-6 years of job specific experience or equivalent education and/or experience. \nHR certification preferred. \nCompetencies:\nRequires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline. \nExcellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills. \nAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. \nHigh level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential people data. \nProficient using Microsoft Office Suite products. \nFlexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once. \nHigh degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures. \nOther Pertinent Job Information:\nDisclaimer: It is not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required of employees assigned to this job. \nOccasional travel is required. \nWe offer competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, career opportunities, and an environment of creativity and growth.
