If this sounds outstanding to you, take the first step forward and explore a career with Dal-Tile.\nThe Sr Samples Coordinator is an entry-level contributor that provides support to the Product team with various tasks that could include preparing and packing samples and working with customers, vendors, and sample manufacturing to resolve problems. This role will be responsible for coordinating product samples for our sales and marketing teams.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities of the Position:\n\nEnsure Samples Devices and Artwork are set up correctly and by given deadlines.\nCreate Sample Product Masters and Selling Styles.\nMay create and update Bill of Materials as required with possible billing support.\nCreate product bulletins for Sales Force Automation.\nMay use various equipment to prepare sample materials.\nReview product and orders for customers and vendors.\nCommunicate with internal and external customers, vendors, and sales representatives.\nActively participate in group activities and collaborate with team.\nParticipate in generating alternative solutions and evaluating their feasibility.\nIdentify, define, and address problems that are standard, readily identifiable, and typically within the immediate job area.\nPerform other duties as needed.\n\nRequired Experience and Education:\n\nBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience. \n0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience. \nTechnical knowledge of roto-gravure printing, digital printing, and flooring production processes preferred.\nFor colorist-specific role, must be able to pass a colorblind test.\n\nCompetencies:\n\nApplies conceptual knowledge of the theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline.\nExcellent communication, problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills.\nAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.\nHigh level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.\nProficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.\nHigh level of organization and attention to detail.\nWe offer competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, career opportunities, and an environment of creativity and growth.
